Last Saturday was the much-anticipated
OffBeat Live Shoreditch Fashion Show 2013 (in association with
Made in Shoreditch magazine &
Vivid Fashion Group) and we RF girls were absolutely obnoxious with excitement. The event was held in an airy warehouse, which was decorated with amazing fashion-inspired works of art; we were particularly charmed by a Romeo + Juliet piece and a
Dom and Ink top-knot illustration! Several musicians took to the stage, including our favorite of the night, Brixton-made band
The Thirst (who we suspect could seriously whip our arses at Guitar Hero). Attendees were dressed in their finest quirky pieces -- we noticed that statement necklaces featured heavily on girls and boys(!) and it really was wonderful gaining inspiration from fellow fashion-obsessed individuals and chatting with up-and-coming designers, artists and bloggers.
In our next post, coming later this week, we will be featuring the fabulous ladies we met and after that it will be all about the boys. Stay tuned!
